Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mamia®! We hope you love your purchase, but if you ever need to return an item, please review the policy below:
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please keep your receipt! To qualify for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or payment method used for the original purchase within 3 business days. Refunds may take longer to process if additional review is needed to approve the refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery timelines are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from date the order ships from our fulfilment centre.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Customs delays may add additional delivery time for international orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your cart.
Large or heavy items may incur oversize shipping fees. We will contact you if there are any additional shipping fees.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can use your tracking number on the carrier website to find out the current status of your shipment.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the receipt of your order confirmation email for your order to be processed and your tracking information to activate.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will launch an investigation and work with the carrier to locate your package.
In the unfortunate event your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim and reship your package.
Product Warranties

Warranty Coverage
Mamia® warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date, subject to the terms below.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, accident, or modification by unauthorized service agents
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
- Used, vintage, or second-hand products
How to Obtain Warranty Service

If the item is defective in materials or workmanship, Mamia® will replace the item at no cost to you. Mamia® may request photo evidence of the issue or require you to return the defective item for inspection at our discretion.
Return postage costs will be covered if the warranty claim is valid under the terms of this policy.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is your sole remedy and replaces any other warranties, express or implied. Mamia® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this product, exceeding the original purchase price. Any implied warranties applicable to this product are limited to the duration of this written warranty.
